This steel wire mesh reinforced composite pipe features a three-layer structure: an inner layer of PE plastic, a middle layer of wound steel wire mesh, and an outer layer of PE plastic. It boasts excellent pressure resistance, creep resistance, and high rigidity. Compared to ordinary plastic pipes, it has stronger impact resistance, a coefficient of linear expansion closer to that of steel pipes, and is less prone to deformation. The pipe’s inner wall is smooth and scale-free, resulting in low water flow resistance and high transport efficiency. It also combines the advantages of plastic pipes, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, light weight, and convenient construction. Utilizing electrofusion connection, it allows for rapid installation and ensures leak-free joints. The composite structure effectively prevents stress cracking in plastic pipes, and the product’s lifespan can reach 50 years under normal operating conditions.
